Vintage Oak – The star of the show

How things change. Even just a few years ago no veneer mill in their right mind would have ever deliberately tried to produce veneer that looks like this. However opinions and trends change and these beautiful logs, full of cracks, water-stain, worm holes and medullary ray have real character and provide a refreshing alternative to the bland wall-paper of straight-grain Oak and Walnut that we have endured for far too long. The Surface Design Show – 2017

We are still catching up with huge number of visitors who came and saw our new ranges of dyed, aged, smoked, rough-sawn and vintage veneers ,so apologies if you haven’t received your samples yet. It was really good to see the interest generated by our new products and that they reflect the underlying trend towards the slightly more unusual and deconstructed look.
